What is Coaching?
Coaching means, that the coach helps the coachee to define and achieve their targets.
Coach supports the coachee's ability to make decision, find solutions, and overall development. The Coach is the specialist of a result-oriented development process.
The coachee carries the responsibility of their own goals, achievements, and motivation to develop, and it the specialist of themselves and their own work.
Why would I buy coaching from you?
I have heard of a saying, that a professional can work with everyone. I can work and get results with very different people, and in very different situations. I have gone through various situations during my career, including burnout, so I am not easily surprised anymore:

My strengths are flexibility and creativity. Over the years I have learnt to adapt and find solutions, and still keeping my own values and trusting in my own process. Creativity helps me to implement what I have learned to help you on your path.
What is your pricing model, and what is it based on?
My hourly rate is flexible, and it always adjusts with the situation, need, and budget. My hourly prices vary between 260 and 560 € depending if it is an individual or a team, and if the contract is made with a private person, company, non-profit etc.
I do coaching also for free on some occasions, so ask more information or book an appointment. The first session is always free.
How long is the coaching process?
Coaching process can last from one session to several years. Longest of my collaborations have lasted several years.
What if I am not happy with your services?
I give a full satisfaction guarantee, so if you are not satisfied with the results, I will not send you an invoice.

What is included in the price, and where do we meet?
The prices include coaching, assignments, and materials. What is not included in the prices are travel and accommodation costs.
Coaching voidaan tehdä etänä, asiakkaan tiloissa tai coachin järjestämissä tiloissa, eli yhteisesti sovitun sekä tilanteen mukaan.
Can coaching be deducted in taxation?
Yes. Many of my clients (private persons) already do this. Coaching can be deducted as part of study and training expenses for production of income.
What payment options do you offer?
At the moment I can send invoices, but we can talk about other options if needed.
